The managers of the painting and plastifying departments are responsible for maintaining the efficiency of the company’s production plants, implementing and managing the necessary operations, classifiable as scheduled ordinary operations and extraordinary operations. All members of in-house staff have the necessary skills to do their jobs at the very highest level and this is also guaranteed by the training received during the training days provided |

The management of R.P. S.r.L undertakes to constantly ensure thatall working activities are carried out in adequate environments, both in terms of security and technical and organisational aspects.
The human and physical factors taken into consideration for the creation of a suitable working environment include:
- observance of the rules in conformity to the laws on the matter of safety (D.Lgs. 626 and subsequent amendments, D.P.R. 547 and subsequent amendments, etc.);
- the ergonomic aspects of the workstations;
- the location of the workplace;
- hygiene, cleanliness, noise and the prevention of pollution;
- human relations between colleagues, customers and suppliers;
