RACK-O-PLAST*
PLASTISOL
SMALTOPLAST

Non toxic, very shiny, vinyl Plastisol used for coating metals (ferrous, light alloys, copper alloys, stainless steel, etc.) for protective, technological and decorative applications.

It adheres perfectly to the metal surface through the proper use of a suitable primer. In this way it differs form coatings utilizing PVC sheets which often age rapidly and come away from the metal support.

ALIMENTARY
Rods for drying long pasta - Tanks for boiling fruit for pickling - Filter packs for wine - Oenological pumps -shelves for the storing and maturing of cheese forms - Frames-baskets and various apparatus for salami factories - Baskets for sterilization of tinned meat in autoclaves - Filters for water and vinegar - Conveyor belt rollers for washing tomatoes - Air excluders for fruit juices

CHARACTERISTICS
Polymer type: Polyvinyl chloride
Monomer vinyl chloride after firing: absent
Specific weight at 250°C: 1,2 ± 0,05
Viscosity at 250°C: 5 - 8 Pa.s
Colour: any colour can be supplied
Firing temperature in hot air circulation oven: 170 - 200 C
